Dance Workout:
This class teaches basic dance moves, along with muscle-toning core-strengthening, and a flexibility segment. This class is guaranteed to motivate you!

Dance Circuit:
A high-energy dance and muscle conditioning class using the circuit format. This class is a fast-paced, total body workout with Fun Jazz combinations that will definitely boost your metabolism. Good for all levels.

Cardio Dance:
This class is designed to challenge your cardiovascular endurance. The choreography encompasses a variety of dance styles, followed by an abdominal and flexibility segment.
It's a blast!

Beginning/intermediate Ballet Basics:
Focuses on more advanced ballet technique and moves.

Ballet I (kids 6-9)This Ballet l class teaches basic movements and positions needed for a strong foundation in dance. The emphasis is put into classical ballet movements, with barre exercises, stretches, , jumps, turns, and choreography. There is barre and center work for the beginning dancer with an emphasis on correct body alignment. Class offered for age 6-9. Ages are used as guidance in placing your child in the appropriate class where he/she will feel comfortable and progress in technique and confidence.

Interval Circuit:
A high energy, Boot Camp style circuit format alternating from low to high intensity cardio to strength building segments. This class is good for all fitness levels because you can exercise at your own pace. A highly motivating and great overall full body workout.

Cardio Kickboxing:

A high energy, very motivating fitness class incorporating moves of the martial arts and strength training.

NIA:
NIA is a medium for the body, mind and spirit. It is a form of fusion fitness combining two or more classic movement forms. It encompasses the marshal arts, the healing arts and the dance arts.

Ballet/Pilates Fusion:
Stretch and strengthen in this innovative fusion of ballet and Pilates. Ballet barre joins Pilates mat and standing exercises to improve both strength and flexibility, enhancing movement through the use of correct biomechanics.

Beginning Hip Hop (Ages 6-9):
Get your groove on and learn some of the hottest moves from MTV videos. Guaranteed to be fun and energetic.

Intermediate Bellydance:

Intermediate Belly Dance Fusion with Finger Cymbals:Intermediate Belly Dance Technique with basic layering and finger cymbal patterns combined with fusion dance movement.

Art of Neo Burlesque:
In this class we flirt with the art of sensuality portrayal through movement. Class will include an intense stretch, body sculpting/aerobic workout, isolatory movement training & choreographic breakdown. Sure to leave you with strong foundational skills needed to build your own routines AND the confidence to explore your Glamorous side.

 

Iyengar Style Yoga:

Classes are focused on a steady, safe and methodic increase in flexibility and all round body strength. Injury prevention and the natural therapudic and strength restoring qualities of yoga are a natural base of each class.
