Dance Workout:
This class teaches basic dance moves, along with muscle-toning
core-strengthening, and a flexibility segment. This class
is guaranteed to motivate you!

Dance Circuit:
A high-energy dance and muscle conditioning class using the
circuit format. For a fun, fast-paced, total body workout, this
class is not to be missed!

Cardio Dance:
This class is designed to challenge your cardiovascular
endurance. The choreography encompasses a variety of dance
styles, followed by an abdominal and flexibility segment.
It's a blast!

Beginning Ballet:
Introduces adults to the magical world of classical ballet. You will improve your physique and posture through proper technique of ballet fundamentals.

Zumba:
Zumba is the fitness craze that is sweeping the nation and has become a favorite group exercise class in clubs throughout the world. Zumba uses a mix of Latin and international music to create a dynamic, fun, and effective Cardio workout.

Zumba Circuit:
A high energy, latin-based, dance and muscle conditioning class using the circuit format and incorporating the new, fitness-craze, "Zumba", a mix of latin and international music.

Interval Circuit:
A high energy, Boot Camp style circuit format alternating from low to high intensity cardio to strength building segments. This class is good for all fitness levels because you can exercise at your own pace. A highly motivating and great overall full body workout.

Cardio Kickboxing:

A high energy, very motivating fitness class incorporating moves of the marshal arts and strength training.

NIA:
NIA is a medium for the body, mind and spirit. It is a form of fusion fitness combining two or more classic movement forms. It encompasses the marshal arts, the healing arts and the dance arts.

Pre Ballet (Ages 4+):
Designed for children to explore their love of music and movement while increasing their motor skills. Children must be able to work without a parent or caregiver in attendance.

Beginning Ballet (Ages 8+):
Barre and center work for the beginning dancer with an emphasis on correct body alignment.

Beginning Hip Hop (Ages 8+):
Get your groove on and learn some of the hottest moves from MTV videos. Guaranteed to be fun and energetic.

Intermediate Bellydance:

Intermediate Belly Dance Fusion with Finger Cymbals:Intermediate Belly Dance Technique with basic layering and finger cymbal patterns combined with fusion dance movement.

 

House Dance:

Students will learn the foundation movements of house dance, which include the jack, footwork, and lofting. Students will also learn choreography based on these foundation movements. Along with that they will also learn to feel what the music is doing and then move however the music makes them feel. Most importantly! Students are encouraged to just let go! Be free as possible and have fun!
